FAQs
When do we need to RSVP by?
We kindly ask you RSVP as soon as possible, by August 1st 2025 at the latest.
Are we able to bring children or plus ones?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests beyond those specifically named in the invitation.
As much as we love your little ones, we are asking for an adults-only celebration on the wedding day. They're welcome at the day after lunch!
What will the weather be like?
Okuti Valley is known to have it's own micro-climate. We have both a wet and dry weather plan and will provide shade or umbrellas depending on the weather!
Gifts?
No gifts, just you. Your presence is all we need, just come, celebrate and enjoy!
Where can we park?
There is parking across the road outside the Okuti Hall, and entry to the ceremony will be sign posted!
Is there a dress code?
The vibe is a romantic garden celebration, so we ask you to dress formal. However we will be on grass and walking slightly up-hill to dinner, so please choose appropriate footwear (no stilettos).
Can we take and share photos?
Absolutely, we just ask you to keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We have a lovely photographer, Meg, who is expertly capturing the day, so you can relax and enjoy the celebrations!
